The Achill Dive Centre offers PADI* recognized courses in scuba diving for beginners right through to experienced divers, and we arrange trips to the best dive sites around the island. Our experienced and highly qualified instructors will help you discover the wonders of temperate water diving in this unspoilt environment. *PADI - Professional Association of Dive Instructors; diving courses which are recognized the world over. A range of courses are on offer from absolute beginners right through to experienced divers. If all you'd like to do is try diving for a day, we have the perfect course for you: Discover Scuba. The centre arranges dive trips to many of the locations around the Island, many of which are accessible only by boat (well worth it though!). We have a twin-engine dinghy which takes our divers right to the best dive spots, and the ride is an adventure in itself.
